So what if you've got all your movies on the NAS, where would you install YAMJ? within the PCH?

Hi to tell the truth I managed to move on quite a while ago on the popcorn hr with an hp microserver which I use to be a htpc and run xbmc. It's quite much better than the popcorn hr the way it is all automated now and you are able to change any skin options etc dynamically.
