You may use "Kaspersky removal" to get rid of Kaspersky. Then reinstall Kaspersky again. It is easier.

To actually makes resolve;

1. Go towards the services console and right click, choose disable beneath the Kaspersky service that's AVP.EXE

2. Open up a command prompt as administrator

3. Locate the PID which is associated with the AVP.exe process (Run tasklist)

4. Type in (Taskkill /Pid 1234 /F) and press enter without brackets

This will crush process, and enable you to eliminate the older AV.
