Clean Build Of Windows 10 At A Different Address/location To Upgrade

I'm repeating this for a friend which may be easier or even more convenient to do within my place instead of at there's.
I can't use whatever reason why I can't carry out a clean build within location using my broadband link with the initial upgrade because the the only difference I'm making is to setup this to a SSD.
Any thoughts?
The license is coupled to the hardware, not the IP address, if that is what you're concerned about.
Most individuals have Dynamic IP addresses that change once per day, week or month any how.
Methods

In the absence or failure of static or stateful (DHCP) address configurations, an operating system may assign an IP address to some network interface using state-less auto-configuration methods, like Zeroconf.
Uses of dynamic address assignment
DHCP is not really the only technology utilized to assign IP addresses dynamically.
IP addresses are most frequently assigned dynamically on LANs and broadband networks because of the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). They are used given it avoids the administrative burden of assigning specific static addresses to every one device using a network. It also allows many devices to talk about limited address space with a network if perhaps some of them will likely be online with a particular time. In most current desktop os's, dynamic IP configuration is enabled automagically so that your user need not manually enter any settings to connect into a network using a DHCP server. DHCP is not really the only technology employed to assign IP addresses dynamically. Dialup and several broadband networks use dynamic address highlights of the Point-to-Point Protocol.
Sticky dynamic IP address
A sticky dynamic IP addressis a not so formal term used by cable and DSL Internet access subscribers to explain a dynamically assigned IP address which seldom changes. The addresses usually are assigned with DHCP. Since the modems usually are powered on for extended time periods, the address leases are often set to long stretches and simply renewed. If a modem is put off and powered up again prior to a next expiration with the address lease, it can most likely receive exactly the same IP address.

Thanks for your info - I'd kinda guessed as often but I guess I just wanted some reassurance.
You're welcome.
It's always advantageous to ask, if you are not sure.
Less mental stress this way, we've enough of that, already right now.
